Getting a group rate
List bikes, models, dates, delivery address and helmets; ask 2–3 rentals for an all-in quote; ask for a group discount (often from five bikes); appoint one contact person; and book early in peak season.
Documents and deposits
Every rider needs a licence plus IDP (rules). Agree on per-bike or group deposits and record each plate number.
Riding together
