You’ve just landed, you’re at your villa in Canggu, and you want a scooter. You don’t want to walk around comparing shops in the heat, and you definitely don’t want to transfer money to a stranger on Instagram. Pay on delivery is the simple fix: the scooter comes to you, you check it, you pay. That’s it.

How it works

1. Pick a scooter in the SiapPergi scooter catalogue (our sister site — same team, fixed prices) or message us on WhatsApp.
2. Send your dates and address — villa, hotel, guesthouse or the airport.
3. The admin confirms availability and price on WhatsApp.
4. The scooter arrives with two helmets.
5. Check it over and pay in full by bank transfer or e-wallet. No deposit up front.
6. At the end, it’s picked up wherever you are.

What to check before you pay

• Brakes — both levers should bite firmly well before touching the grip.
• Tyres — visible tread, no cracks, feel firm.
• Lights & horn — headlight, brake light, indicators.
• Helmets — two, with working straps, that actually fit your heads.
• STNK — the registration paper, usually under the seat.
• Fuel — photo of the gauge.
• Video — a slow walk-around showing any existing scratches.

Typical prices

Small automatics like the Honda Scoopy, Vario or Yamaha Fazzio usually cost IDR 60–120k a day in 2026; maxi scooters like the NMAX and PCX around IDR 120–200k. Weekly and monthly rentals are much cheaper per day. Why pay on delivery beats paying upfront

• No-show rentals can’t take your money. It’s the most common way tourists lose money booking online.
• You see the actual bike. Not a stock photo of a new one.

Paying at the door

Licence rules (yes, they check)

You need a motorcycle licence from home and an International Driving Permit with the motorcycle category. A car-only IDP isn’t enough.
